Caregiver Buddy is a module integrated into the existing OneNUHS app. It provides real-time updates on patient condition, treatment plans, administrative processes, step-by-step support, and waiting time and environment, as well as analytics to regulate emotional state. By providing ease and comfort to caregivers, our solution brings patients, caregivers, and the hospital closer together. We aim to showcase the potential of technology to improve healthcare and enhance the overall patient and caregiver experience.
